| FUNDRAISING |
| Yes, you pay taxes to maintain schools. We do, too. But one of the roles PTA is committed to is providing the best opportunities for OUR kids at OUR school. That means raising additional funds, over and beyond what we all pay in taxes, to enhance our school. We raise money for new books in the library, new Audio/Visual equipment, computers, subsidizing field trips and for playground equipment and maintenance. The PTA sponsors special programs for our kids to enrich their school experience. It is through YOUR participation in our fundraising programs that allows us to accomplish so many things for our students. From active participation, like joining us for Carnival or Auction and ordering merchandise from our fall fundraiser catalog, to the passive fundraising opportunities like saving Box Tops, Soup Labels, Tyson Project A+ Chicken labels, selecting NCE as your charity on your Randall's loyalty card, and others (yes, the list goes on), we have been able to maintain what truly is the mark of excelleNCE! -Pamela Mosby, Third VP |
